Abstract
Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menguatkan kompetensi guru melalui pelatihan pembelajaran literasi di SD Negeri Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu. Dalam penelitian ini, rumusan masalah mencakup kondisi kompetensi guru dalam pembelajaran literasi, kendala-kendala yang dihadapi guru dalam mengimplementasikan pembelajaran literasi, pengaruh pelatihan pembelajaran literasi terhadap peningkatan kompetensi guru, peran kolaborasi antara sekolah, guru, dan masyarakat dalam penguatan kompetensi guru, serta dampak penguatan kompetensi guru dalam pembelajaran literasi terhadap kualitas pendidikan. Melalui pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif, data akan dikumpulkan melalui survei, observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Pertanyaan-pertanyaan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi kompetensi guru, kendala-kendala yang dihadapi, pengaruh pelatihan, peran kolaborasi, dan dampak penguatan kompetensi guru dalam pembelajaran literasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang upaya penguatan kompetensi guru melalui pelatihan pembelajaran literasi di SD Negeri Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga akan memberikan rekomendasi konkret dan berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan praktik pengajaran dan kualitas pendidikan secara keseluruhan. Dengan penelitian ini, diharapkan dapat diperoleh informasi yang berharga tentang kondisi kompetensi guru, kendala-kendala yang dihadapi, pengaruh pelatihan, peran kolaborasi, dan dampak penguatan kompetensi guru dalam pembelajaran literasi. Temuan ini akan menjadi dasar untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan dan perbaikan dalam penguatan kompetensi guru, serta memberikan rekomendasi yang konkret dan berkelanjutan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di SD Negeri Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu.
