This community service program was conducted at SMK YP Kotamadya Blitar with the aim of improving students’ English competence, particularly in the context of simple Business English. The program was designed in response to the school’s need for learning interventions that not only focus on language skills but also foster students’ confidence and courage in communication. The methods employed included interactive discussions, vocabulary brainstorming supported by simple technology, persuasive text writing, and speaking practice using the 3-2-1 framework (three steps, two types, one thing). The results indicate that all participating students (15 in total) were able to produce persuasive texts and present them in short oral performances. Based on the assessment rubric, students’ achievements were categorized as adequate, characterized by relatively complete text structure, relevant content linked to daily life, and oral delivery that was clear though still accompanied by hesitation. Moreover, the program succeeded in stimulating students’ motivation and active engagement, although continuous guidance is still required to address limited digital literacy and self-confidence issues. Overall, this program effectively addressed the partner school’s needs in enhancing students’ English communication skills and opened opportunities for further collaborative programs between the school and the university.
