Emotional and spiritual intelligence (ESQ) are two important, complementary aspects in shaping an individual's life balance, especially for elderly women over 50 years old (lewat 50 tahun (Lelita)) who face various emotional and spiritual challenges. This community service activity aims to improve Lelita's understanding and ability to manage ESQ through a mentoring program in Kureksari Village, Waru District, Sidoarjo Regency. The activity was carried out for three months by a team of lecturers and students from PGRI Delta Sidoarjo University using survey methods, discussions with village officials, intensive training, and evaluation through response questionnaires. The mentoring results showed that most participants experienced positive changes, such as increased empathy, motivation, appreciation for small things, and awareness of the importance of mental health. These findings indicate that structured ESQ management can contribute significantly to improving the quality of life of elderly women.
