PELATIHAN STUDENTS’ COMPANY BAGI KOMUNITAS SANTRIPRENEUR PONDOK PESANTREN MODERN AS-SYUJAIYAH BLITAR

The purpose of the training was to broaden and deepen scientific knowledge about management and skills in managing santri entrepreneurship communities so that they could be more professional in carrying out activities. The training was attended by administrators and managers of all santri entrepreneurship communities at the As Suja'iyah modern Islamic boarding school and several teachers and mentors, and lasted for 3 months. The results of the training are as follows: 1) A Students' Company has been formed with 7 communities: a) Division (Culinary Community), b) Division (Laundry Community), c) Division (Snack and Online Marketing Community), d) Division (Plant and Livestock Business Community), e) Division (Screen Printing Business Community), f) Division (Garment Business Community), g) Division (Arts Business Community). 2) Each position within this organization has been designed with a job profile and Key Result Areas/Key Performance Indicators. 3) Standard Operating Procedures for organizational management have been established. 4) A simple MS Excel database for the financial system has been developed. 5) A framework for the student company has been developed. 6) The response was very positive, 7) Significant knowledge improvement with a rating of Good, 8) The materials are highly implementable, and participants are highly committed to executing them, 9) Participants' perception of the training's effectiveness in improving the performance of the students' businesses is very good.
