Abstract
Since the Covid-19 case was discovered in Indonesia in early March 2020,the Indonesian government has started making preparations to deal with the spread of this virus. Prevention efforts are also carried out by several ministries, one of which is the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture. Through a circular letter from the Minister dated March 17, 2020,the learning system in Indonesia is carried out boldly from home in order to prevent the spread of Corona Virus Disease. Online teaching materials that have been created during the pandemic should no longer be used by the teacher concerned but can also be used by other teachers who will only teach the same material in different classes or classes. In this community service activity, the team provides training on making web portfolios that can help teachers at SMA Shafta Surabaya not only in storing online teaching materials that have been produced, articles that have been developed, learning media that have been made, workshops materials that have been followed but also the ease of accessing the teaching materials that have been produced for other teachers who need it. Based on the questionnaire completed by the participants, it was found that the participants' knowledge of web portfolios increased from 56.7% to 78.3%.In addition, all partici pants stated that this training activity increased their knowledge regarding portfolios with a score of 4.5 (on a scale of 5). The continuity of this training activity is highly expected by the training participants
Abstrak
Sejak ditemukannya kasus penderita covid-19 di Indonesia pada awal Maret 2020, pemerintah Indonesia mulai aktif melakukan persiapan-persiapan dalam mengatasi penyebaran virus ini. Usaha-usaha preventif juga dilakukan oleh beberapa kementrian yang ada, salah satunya adalah Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Indonesia. Melalui surat edaran Mendibud tertanggal 17 Maret 2020, sistem pembelajaran di Indonesia dilakukan secara daring dari rumah dalam rangka pencegahan penyebaran Corona Virus Disease. Bahan ajar online yang telah dibuat selama masa pandemik seharusnya bisa dimanfaatkan lagi tidak hanya oleh guru yang bersangkutan tetapi juga bisa dimanfaatkan oleh guru lain yang akan mengajarkan materi yang sama di kelas atau angkatan yang berbeda. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan beberapa guru dan kepala sekolah di SMA Shafta Surabaya, ditemukan kenyataan bahwa guru-guru telah menghasilkan banyak bahan ajar online selama masa pandemik Covid-19 tetapi tidak tahu apa yang harus dilakukan setelah bahan ajar tersebut digunakan. Pada kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarkat ini, tim pelaksana memberikan pelatihan pembuatan web portofolio yang dapat membantu guru-guru di SMA Shafta Surabaya tidak hanya dalam menyimpan bahan ajar online yang telah dihasilkan, artikel yang pernah dipublikasikan, media pembelajaran yang pernah diciptakan, materi workshop yang pernah diikuti tetapi juga kemudahan untuk mengakses bahan ajar yang telah dihasilkan tersebut untuk guru yang bersangkutan dan untuk guru lain yang membutuhkan. Berdasarkan angket yang diisi perserta, didapatkan bahwa pengetahuan peserta tentang web portofolio meningkat dari 56,7% menjadi 78.3%. Selain itu, seluruh peserta menyatakan bahwa kegiatan pelatihan ini menambah wawasan mereka terkait web portofolio dengan skor 4.5 (dengan skala 5). Keberlanjutan dari kegiatan pelatihan ini sangat diharapkan oleh peserta pelatihan, hal tersebut diungkapkan melalui saran yang diberikan.
