Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah lebih lanjut terkait permasalahan yang dihadapi pelaku UMKM di era pemasaran digital, yaitu dengan mengembangkan strategi pemasaran via online. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara langsung kepada pengelola Lapak dan pelaku UMKM di wilayah Kelurahan Madiun Lor Kota Madiun. Program kerja yang dilaksanakan meliputi mendesain ulang buku menu di Lapak Pesona, pengembangan web Kelurahan, sekaligus mempromosikan produk khas Lapak Pesona yaitu air mineral dan membantu pelaku usaha UMKM “Wingko Kape” dalam penerbitan NIB dan publikasi di Google Maps.
