Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penyebab dan strategi pengelolaan stres kerja pada sopir bus PT Harapan Jaya Prima Tulungagung. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan analisis tematik, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi tiga faktor utama penyebab stres kerja: faktor organisasi, individu, dan lingkungan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pengelolaan stres yang diterapkan perusahaan, seperti kegiatan keagamaan dan pemberian insentif, efektif dalam mengurangi tingkat stres. Namun, sopir bus mengusulkan perlunya tambahan program seperti olahraga bersama dan acara keluarga untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan mereka. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan strategi pengelolaan stres melalui pendekatan holistik yang melibatkan kegiatan fisik, sosial, dan teknologi untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih sehat dan produktif.
