ANALISIS MANAJEMEN RANTAI PASOK BIJI KOPI (STUDI KASUS PT ASIA MAKMUR KOTA BANDAR LAMPUNG)

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki hal-hal berikut kinerja rantai pasok PT Asia Makmur, pola rantai pasok, persediaan bahan baku, dan efisiensi produksi. Pemilik perusahaan biji kopi, pemasok, dan petani menjadi responden dalam survei ini. Sebuah studi kasus digunakan sebagai teknik. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa produk, kas, dan arus informasi rantai pasokan PT Asia Makmur semuanya beroperasi secara efisien. Meskipun pemasok memenuhi persyaratan keunggulan dan keunggulan, ada metrik kinerja rantai pasokan untuk pertanian dan bisnis yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan tersebut. Sangat cocok bagi perusahaan biji kopi untuk pengadaan bahan baku. Saat menggunakan model EOQ, keseluruhan biaya persediaan lebih kecil dibandingkan saat menggunakan model bisnis. Persediaan bahan baku Asia Makmur bernilai Rp0. PT Asia Makmur memiliki kinerja manufaktur yang unggul dalam hal total produktivitas dan kapasitas.
