Strategi Pengembangan Agribisnis Tanaman Duku di Kabupaten Tulungagung

Duku (Lansiumdomesticum) ialah kategori usaha bercocok tanam yang memenuhi syarat dan mempunyai kesempatan untuk jadi tumbuhan prioritas serta perlu memperoleh kepedulian dalam penangannya. Tujuan riset ini buat mengenali pengembangan duku jenis Tulungagung, menganalisa faktor intern dan ekstern dalam pengembangan duku, menentukan strategi yang perlu dilakukan dalam pengembangannya. Hasil dari penenitian ini dari faktor intern berupa lahan, instansi, kelompok/perkumpulan tani, kawasan, sentra penjualan produksi, serta sumber daya manusia. Kelemahannya ialah produksi, tata Kelola usaha tani, pendanaan. Luas area lahan, serta kesinambungan dari pengembangan tumbuhan duku di Tulungagung. Periset memakai analisa SWOT. Kedudukan pemerintah daerah (pemda) dibutuhkan dalam pemberian stimulant supaya petani senantiasa melaksanakan usaha budidaya tumbuhan duku, sebab duku telah jadi buah asli dari Tulungagung yang berpotensi.
