Determinan Faktor Motivasi Kerja Pembuat Ikan Kering Di Kota Bengkulu

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat motivasi kerja pada pembuat ikan kering di kota Bengkulu, dan menganalisis faktor-faktor penentu motivasi kerjanya. Pemilihan lokasi dilakukan secara sengaja. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 47 orang yang dipilih menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat motivasi kerja pembuat ikan kering di kota Bengkulu adalah sebanyak 25 orang atau 53% mempunyai motivasi kerja yang tinggi. Akan tetapi hasil uji korelasi dan pengujian hipotesis bahwa faktor tingkat pendidikan dan persepsi terhadap usaha merupakan faktor yang memiliki hubungan dengan motivasi kerja pada pembuat ikan kering di Kota Bengkulu. Sedangkan faktor umur, jumlah anggota keluarga, pendapatan periode sebelumnya, persepsi terhadap bahan baku dan persepsi terhadap pemasaran merupakan faktor yang tidak memiliki hubungan dengan motivasi kerja pada pembuat ikan kering di Kota Bengkulu.
