Analisis Nilai Tambah Sosis & Sempol Lele merk “ABLE” di Unit Pengolahan Ikan Kabupaten Kediri

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbandingan nilai tambah produk sempol dan sosis ikan lele di Unit Pengolahan Ikan Kabupaten Kediri. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis perhitungan nilai tambah Hayami. Penelitian dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara kepada pelaku usaha pengolahan ikan lele di UPI Kabupaten Kediri. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa dari hasil perhitungan nilai tambah, disimpulkan bahwa nilai tambah produk sosis lele lebih kecil yaitu sebesar 41,87 persen, sedangkan produk sempol lele sebesar 53,38 persen. Hasil profit untuk sosis lele sebesar 32,23 persen, lebih kecil sempol lele yang mendapatkan profit sebesar 61,03 persen. Berdasarkan hasil analisis nilai tambah tersebut, dapat menjadi saran kepada UPI Kabupaten Kediri bahwa nilai tambah yang tinggi juga dapat memberikan nilai profit yang tinggi. Hasil penelitian ini juga dapat menjadi dasar UPI untuk menjadikan produk olahan sempol lele untuk lebih banyak diproduksi agar profit juga lebih tinggi.
