Article Withdrawal Policy

Authors are strictly prohibited from withdrawing their manuscripts once the review or publication process has commenced. Withdrawal without a formally approved and valid reason constitutes a violation of publication ethics.

Any author who withdraws a manuscript after submission, during the peer-review process, or after acceptance will be subject to the following sanctions:

1. The author will be blacklisted and prohibited from submitting or publishing any manuscript in the JAT (Journal of Accounting and Tax) for a period of five (5) years.

2. A penalty fee of USD 650 will be imposed as compensation for the administrative and editorial efforts already undertaken.

3. The Article Processing Charge (APC) that has been paid is non-refundable under any circumstances, regardless of the withdrawal reason or stage of processing.

By submitting a manuscript to BELIEF, authors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by this withdrawal policy in full.

 

All articles are subject to “Article Processing Charges”* to provide free access to readers and to cover the costs of peer review management, journal production, online hosting, and long-time archiving. The submitting author is responsible for payment of the APC and must confirm, at the time of submission, that s/he will organize payment of the APC. This responsibility may not be delegated to any third party unless agreed to by the publisher. Note: APC will be billed after the article “Accepted” and will not affect the peer review process.
