Analisis Kelayakan Usahatani Beras Hitam Organik (Oryza sativa L. indica) di Desa Purworejo, Kecamatan Ngunut, Kabupaten Tulungagung

Sub sektor tanaman pangan, terutama produksi beras, memiliki peran strategis dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pangan penduduk Indonesia. Ketersediaan beras, sebagai sumber utama karbohidrat, merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi masyarakat. Penelitian ini mengulas pentingnya beras hitam dalam aspek ekonomi dan kebutuhan pokok masyarakat, serta menyoroti varian beras hitam sebagai jenis beras unik bernilai gizi yang tinggi. Usahatani beras hitam organik di lokasi penelitian masih tergolong baru dan perlu dikenalkan lebih luas kepada petani dan masyarakat. Metodologi kuantitatif deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dan data sekunder dari jurnal dan literatur terkait. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai R/C adalah 2,96 yang berarti petani beras hitam organik akan memperoleh 2,96 untuk setiap Rp.1,00 pengeluaran. Nilai R/C lebih besar dari 1 maka beras hitam organik yang ditanam di Desa Purworejo Kecamatan Ngunut Kabupaten layak untuk dilanjutkan.
