Pengaruh Perbaikan Taman dan Sarana Umum Alun-alun Terhadap Tingkat Kunjungan di Kabupaten Tulungagung

Abstract

Pembangunan merupakan upaya untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan hidup dan mampu memperluas akses publik masyarakat. Pembangunan merupakan upaya yang efektif untuk merangsang pertumbuhan ekonomi. Peran pemerintah dan masyarakat yang pro aktif sangat dibutuhkan untuk menciptakan sebuah pembangunan yang memberikan dampak positif bagi suatu daerah. Kegiatan tersebut diharapkan mampu menyerap tenaga kerja dan dapat memberdayakan SDM yang berada di sekitar wilayah pembangunan.

Bentuk alternatif yang mengembangkan potensi suatu wilayah adalah dengan melakukan investasi langsung yang diarahkan pada sektor produktif, seperti infrastruktur yang mendukung kegiatan ekonomi. Kebijakan pemerintah dalam melaksanakan pembangunan berorientasi pada kegiatan ekonomi bertujuan untuk mempermudah kegiatan perniagaan dan meringankan beban usaha agar usaha dapat berjalan dengan baik. Indikator keberhasilan sebuah proyek pembangunan dapat dilihat dari pertumbuhan ekonomi yang terjadi baik mengalami penurunan maupun peningkatan. Pertumbuhan ekonomi bergantung pada pengeluaran pemerintah untuk melakukan perbaikan maupun pembangunan infrastruktur yang mendukung kegiatan masyarakat. Infrastruktur yang memadai dapat mendukung proses penciptaan barang maupun jasa semakin lancar, sehingga  mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Pertumbuhan positif ekonomi pada suatu daerah akan mengembangkan potensi daerah tersebut.

Pemerintah daerah kabupaten Tulungagung memilih cara yang cukup efektif untuk mengembangkan potensi dengan pembenahan taman pusat kota, atau lebih kita kenal dengan nama alun-alun. Pemilihan alun-alun sebagai pusat pembenahan karena alun-alun sejak dahulu sudah menjadi maskot dan pusat kegiatan masyarakat. Proyek ini diharapakan menjadi cara yang efektif dan positif untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah baik secara keindahan kota dan meningkatkan animo masyarakat untuk berkunjung di taman alun-alun. Selain itu, agar dapat menggerakkan perekonomian.

Dengan adanya proyek pembangunan ini, penulis ingin melihat seberapa “pengaruh pembangunan taman dan sarana umum alun-alun terhadap tingkat kunjungan dikabupaten Tulungagung

Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa perbaikan sarana taman dan perbaikan sarana umum mempengaruhi tingkat kunjungan masyarakat di taman alun-alun kabupaten Tulungagung.

Development is an effort to improve the welfare of life and be able to expand public access to society. Development is an effective effort to stimulate economic growth. . The role of government and the pro-active community is needed to create a development that has a positive impact on a region. The activity is expected to be able to absorb labor and be able to empower human resources around the development area.

An alternative form that develops the potential of an area is to make direct investments directed at the productive sector, such as infrastructure that supports economic activities. Government policy in carrying out development oriented to economic activities aims to facilitate trade activities and ease the burden of business so that businesses can run well. Indicators of the success of a development project can be seen from the economic growth that occurred both decreased and increased. Economic growth depends on government spending to make improvements and infrastructure development that supports community activities. Adequate infrastructure can support a smoother process of producing goods and services, thereby causing an increase in economic growth. Positive economic growth in an area will develop the potential of the region.

The Tulungagung district government chose an effective way to develop the potential by improving the downtown park, or better known as the square. The selection of the square as a center for improvement because the square has long been a mascot and a center of community activity. The project is expected to be an effective and positive way to increase the added value of both the beauty of the city and increase the public interest to visit the park square. In addition, in order to move the economy.

With this development project, the author wants to see how "the effect of the construction of the park and public square facilities on the level of visit in Tulungagung Regency

The results of the analysis show a joint test (F-test) that the independent variable consisting of garden improvement (X1) and improvement of public facilities has a positive and significant effect on the level of community visit, which is indicated F-count> F-table (51,907> 4 , 01) or sig. 0,000 <0.05.

The results of individual testing (t-test) showed that park improvement (X1) improvement of public facilities (X2) each positively and significantly affected the level of community visits. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.646 means that 64.60% of the level of community visits is influenced jointly by the improvement of parks and public facilities in the Alun-Alun Park, while the remaining 35.40% is influenced by other factors not included in the study.
