TINGKAT KEPATUHAN PETUGAS DALAM MENJALANKAN SOP PELAYANAN IMUNISASI DI PUSKESMAS BALESONO KABUPATEN TULUNGAGUNG TAHUN 2019

Abstract

ABSTRAK
Imunisasi merupakan upaya memperoleh kekebalan penyakit dengan memasukkan kuman yang dilemahkan atau dimatikan ke tubuh untuk mendapat zat anti kuman atau bibit penyakit yang menyerang tubuh. Tujuan imunisasi untuk menurunkan angka kesakitan, kematian serta kecacatan akibat Penyakit yang Dapat Dicegah Dengan Imunisasi (PD3I). Seiring tingginya cakupan imunisasi maka penggunaan vaksin juga meningkat dan akibatnya kejadian berkaitan dengan imunisasi ikut meningkat. Kejadian Ikutan Pasca Imunisasi (KIPI) merupakan kejadian medik berkaitan dengan imunisasi bisa berupa reaksi vaksin, suntikan, kesalahan prosedur, ataupun koinsidens.
Tujuan penelitian mengetahui tingkat kepatuhan petugas dalam menjalankan SOP pelayanan imunisasi di Puskesmas Balesono Kabupaten Tulungagung. Jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan populasi 11 orang. Tehnik pengambilan sample dengan total sampling. Penelitian dilaksanakan mulai tanggal 5 s/d 20 Juni 2019 dengan cara melakukan observasi pada petugas yang melakukan imunisasi dengan lembar checklist.
Hasil diperoleh terdapat 5 (45%) petugas dengan tingakt kepatuhan baik dan 6 orang atau 54% dengan tingkat kepatuahn cukup hal ini menunjukan bahwa adanya petugas kesehatan yang tidak melaksanakan sesuai SOP yang sudah ditetapkan.

Immunization is an effort to obtain disease immunity by introducing weakened or killed germs into the body to get anti-bacterial substances or germs that attack the body. The aim of immunization is to reduce morbidity, mortality and disability due to Immunization Preventable Diseases (PD3I). Along with the high immunization coverage, the use of vaccines also increases and as a result the incidence related to immunization also increases. Post-immunization Adverse Events (AEFI) are medical events related to immunization, which can be in the form of vaccine reactions, injections, procedural errors, or coincidences.
The purpose of the study was to determine the level of compliance of officers in carrying out the SOP for immunization services at Balesono Health Center, Tulungagung Regency. This type of research is descriptive with a population of 11 people. Sampling technique with total sampling. The study was carried out from 5 to 20 June 2019 by observing the officers who carried out immunizations with a checklist sheet.
The results obtained that there are 5 (45%) officers with a good level of compliance and 6 people or 54% with a sufficient level of compliance, this shows that there are health workers who do not carry out according to the SOP that has been set.
