Rapid urban development requires monitoring and evaluation of intersection conditions, especially in
urban areas where space availability is very limited. As a result, traffic handling becomes very important, so
knowledge of the volume and capacity characteristics of road segments is essential. The correlation a

and 1.144. This demonstrates how poorly the road is maintained because the waiting time and waiting time are
affected by the degree of saturation. Therefore, it is necessary to assess green time or divert some traffic for
public transportation to other routes.

Perkembangan kota yang pesat membutuhkan pemantauan dan evaluasi keadaan persimpangan,
terutama di kota-kota yang kekurangan ruang yang tersedia. Akibatnya, penanganan lalu lintas
menjadi sangat penting, sehingga pengetahuan tentang karakteristik volume dan kapasitas segmen
jalan menjadi sangat penting. Korelasi perbandingan waktu tunggu persimpangan dan panjang antrian,
dengan mempertimbangkan penilaian efektivitas operasi persimpangan yang sedang diselidiki.

Sumber utama dari pengumpulan data ini adalah persimpangan Jalan Raya Moh. Yamin -
persimpangan Jalan Raya Pucung Kidul. Selain itu, bahan pelengkap untuk penelitian ini diperoleh
dari perhitungan dan hipotesis yang terdapat dalam buku-buku literatur. Survei volume lalu lintas
selama seminggu mengumpulkan informasi untuk analisis data. Highway Capacity Manual (HCM)
1985 dan Ide yang terdapat dalam Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) 1997 digunakan untuk
mengetahui nilai antrian, tundaan, panjang, serta tingkat kejenuhan pendekat persimpangan.
Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dari domain tersebut, nilai derajat kejenuhan di Jalan Raya
Boyolangu, Jalan Moh. Yamin, dan Jalan Raya Pucung Kidul adalah 0,68, 0,288, dan 1,144. Hal ini
menunjukkan buruknya kondisi jalan tersebut karena waktu tunggu dan waktu tunggu dipengaruhi
oleh derajat kejenuhan. Oleh karena Akibatnya, diperlukan evaluasi waktu hijau atau pengalihan
sebagian lalu lintas untuk transportasi umum ke rute lain.
