SCREENING FOR PLAGIARISM

JANITA: Journal of Community Service is committed to ensuring the originality of all submitted manuscripts and preventing academic misconduct.

All manuscripts submitted to the journal will undergo plagiarism screening using reliable plagiarism detection software, such as Turnitin or similar tools.

The journal applies a strict policy regarding similarity:

  • Manuscripts must have a similarity index of no more than 25%
  • Any indication of plagiarism, including self-plagiarism, will result in immediate rejection
  • Proper citation and referencing are mandatory for all sources

If plagiarism is detected at any stage of the publication process, the editorial board reserves the right to take appropriate action, including:

  • Rejection of the manuscript
  • Request for revision
  • Retraction of published articles (if necessary)

Authors are responsible for ensuring the originality of their work and for properly citing all referenced materials.
