This Community Service Program titled “Digitalization Training for Cooperatives and Implementation of Computer-Based Information Systems in Kauman Village, Blitar City” aims to enhance the digital capacity and administrative efficiency of local cooperative institutions (Nurdany, 2020). The program responds to the persistent challenges faced by community-level cooperatives, including limited digital literacy, reliance on manual bookkeeping, and the absence of integrated information systems to support daily operations. The intervention consists of a multi-stage approach: an initial needs assessment, public awareness sessions on the importance of cooperative digitalization, structured hands-on training covering digital literacy, information system operation, and transaction simulations, followed by data migration and assisted implementation of a computer-based cooperative information system (Lukiyanto et al., 2025). Evaluation was conducted using pre post-tests, observational metrics, and user performance indicators such as transaction processing time, reporting accuracy, and system usage frequency (Saputra et al., 2025). The results show notable improvements in participants’ digital skills, operational effectiveness, and awareness of digital governance. The program successfully delivered (1) increased digital literacy among cooperative managers, (2) an operational-ready information system tailored to cooperative needs, (3) comprehensive training modules and standard operating procedures, and (4) policy recommendations to support broader digital adoption in the local community. Overall, this program demonstrates that combining training, mentoring, and system implementation provides a sustainable foundation for advancing cooperative digital transformation at the grassroots level (Indriastuti et al., 2025).
