The population of Lamaknen District, Atambua City, is 1,12,510 people. Based on current conditions, this sub-district has the following clean water supply system: 13 villages and sub-districts. Eight urban communities and five villages (eighty percent) currently have access to clean water; Benteng Village and Lamaknen Village (20%) do not have access to clean water, this is because residents in these two sub-districts still rely on dug wells which cannot necessarily provide clean water. Ensure clean water needs. The challenge that is still faced by every sub-district in Indonesia, including Lamaknen Sub-district, in this case is providing clean water for the community. To achieve this, it is necessary to create a drinking water network design that is suitable for all community needs over the next decade. The aim of this research is to provide a basis for the design of clean water management in Lamaknen District, which aims to preserve public facilities and meet community needs. Therefore, the conclusion of this estimate shows that the people of Nusaniwe District will need 289 lt/s of clean water until 2028. Clean water supply for residential areas must be provided according to the hours when clean water distribution is carried out every day. Planning the water network with the help of the EPANET program, the clean water network can reach two existing settlements with a maximum speed of 5.58 meters per second (pressure 90.59 meters).

Jumlah penduduk Kecamatan Lamaknen, Kota Atambua, adalah 1.12.510 jiwa. Berdasarkan kondisi saat ini, Kecamatan ini memiliki sistem penyediaan air bersih sebagai berikut: 13 desa dan kelurahan Delapan komunitas perkotaan dan lima desa (delapan puluh persen) saat ini telah memiliki akses terhadap air bersih; Desa Benteng dan Desa Lamaknen (20%) belum memiliki akses air bersih, hal ini disebabkan karena penduduk di kedua kelurahan tersebut masih mengandalkan sumur gali yang belum tentu dapat menyediakan air bersih. Memastikan kebutuhan air bersih. Tantangan yang masih dihadapi setiap kecamatan di Indonesia, termasuk Kecamatan Lamaknen, dalam hal ini adalah penyediaan air bersih bagi masyarakat. Untuk mencapai hal tersebut, maka perlu dibuat suatu Desain jaringan air minum yang sesuai untuk semua kebutuhan masyarakat dalam kurun waktu dekade berikutnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjadi landasan bagi desain pengelolaan air bersih di Kecamatan Lamaknen, yang bertujuan untuk melestarikan fasilitas umum dan memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, Kesimpulan dari estimasi tersebut menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat Kecamatan Nusaniwe akan membutuhkan 289 lt/dt air bersih hingga tahun 2028. Pasokan air bersih untuk daerah pemukiman harus disediakan sesuai dengan jam distribusi air bersih dilakukan setiap hari. Merencanakan jaringan air dengan bantuan program EPANET, jaringan air bersih dapat menjangkau dua pemukiman yang ada dengan kecepatan maksimum 5,58 meter per detik (tekanan 90,59 meter).
