PELATIHAN MSDM UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PRODUKTIVITAS PADA MAHASISWA WIRAUSAHA UNIVERSITAS TULUNGAGUNG

Entrepreneurial students often face problems regarding human resource management, especially in terms of increasing productivity. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of HRM practices in increasing the productivity of entrepreneurial students at Tulungagung University. Through HRM training, a comprehensive HRM model can be developed to increase the productivity of entrepreneurial students. This model includes several aspects including recruitment and selection, training and development of performance management to compensation and rewards. With this model implemented in different groups of entrepreneurial students and the results are evaluated based on increased productivity, job satisfaction and business growth. The results of this training indicate that a structured and integrated HRM model can have a positive impact on the development and growth of entrepreneurial student performance at Tulungagung University.
