Penelitian ini menghitung pembebanan mati (DL), hidup (LL), dan khusus (RL) pada pelat lantai atap serta lantai 2-7 menggunakan metode amplop dan analisis statika Midas Gen 2019 untuk menentukan reaksi maksimum pada balok anak, memanjang, dan melintang. Perencanaan penulangan dilakukan berdasarkan mutu beton fc' 35 MPa dan baja fy 350 MPa, menghasilkan dimensi seperti balok anak 30x40 cm, balok memanjang 40x55 cm (lantai atap) dan 45x75 cm (lantai 2-7), balok melintang 35x45 cm (lantai atap) dan 40x60 cm (lantai 2-7), serta kolom 80x80 cm dengan tulangan 6D22
